Yes, sometimes life gets a bit messy and that's ok. We're human. I teach breathwork sessions on the Insight Timer app weekly. β Join us!! and now Insight Timer has been named the "Best Meditation" app by the New York Times!! Whoohoo!! I've been with them for 7 years. I love the app. I have 2,432 consecutive days and it is my GO-TO App! β My sons are grown up and very much adulting! BUT, long ago, we had weekly soccer practice, games, baseball, other school activities and life was sooooooooo busy! Now, my husband is also gone and I have a much simpler (well, I wouldn't call it simple) life. I miss those days more than I can tell you. What's kept me on an even keel, is my BREATHWORK. It calms down and soothes my nerves. DAILY....after my meditation. β I can't get those times back, sadly. But I REMEMBER very well how "ME" time was a luxury.
