But first, I am expanding my Slow Living by turning off the tv and any “noise.” I’ve found that noise is just that. I’m not sure why blatant noise annoys my mental process. I really love SILENCE. yet, I love movies & YouTube for learning or nature shows. I’ve made the choice to sit and eat at the table and chew my food slowly, intentionally.
